Louisa Morgan may be Lavina Logan married to Wylie Logan in Logan Co, Kentucky 13 Oct, 1825. Lavina and Wylie had 5 children named Samuel,Mary A Elizabeth,Rueben, Martha and John Wylie.

Lavina and Wylie are my 3rd great grandparents. They are listed in the 1850 census living in Dist. 1, Logan Co, Kentucky. This is the same District that several of Reuben and Mary (Robinson) Morgan's children resided at the time.

Lavina was born 28 Dec, 1804 in South Carolina. She died 17 Aug, 1884 in Johnson Co, Missouri after emmigrating to Western Kansas to live with her son, Rueben, who had homesteaded land there. Rueben died resulting from a train accident in Sedalia, Missouri while taking his family to Western Kansas. His legs were severd as he boarde the moving train. The family continued to Wstern Kansas at his request on his death bed.

It is noted from your research that Samuel, brother of Lousia, named one of his daughters, Lavina.

In the footnotes of Louisa Morgan's page, it says that she may have been married to a Mr. Logan named Willie.

I feel confident that there is a direct link between Lavina and the Reuben Morgan family and is probably Louisa.

Any further insight would be appreciated.
